4 Common Treadmill Running Mistakes

It saves your transportation time, workout as per your time availability etc. treadmill is one of the best way to do cardio exercise. Below we are sharing some common mistakes, which people do while running on treadmill.
- Do not increase the incline and pace setting right from the 1st moment. Make sure that for the first 5 minutes do a easy jog before picking up the pace and increase the incline.
- Do not hold the handrail. It’s an inefficient running form that can lead to neck, shoulder, and back pain. Keep your posture straight and erect. Your head should be up, your back straight, and shoulders level.
- If you're one of those people who barely break a sweat on the treadmill then you need to push yourself hard. Interval training, where you run hard for a period of time and then cool down for another interval, is a good way to push the pace without pushing it for the entire run.
- Running at same pace is not suggested. You should vary your speed.
